Your kit will come with a cheek swab, baggy for hair or nail samples, ID card, questionnaire, and instructions.
Mail Your Kit
Once you have filled out the forms and completed your hair and saliva samples, it is time to mail your kit! Place all contents back into the pre-paid mailer and send it off.
Meet with Dr. Lauren
After your kit has been mailed we will receive your results in 3 weeks. Once we receive your results it will be time to schedule a meeting with Dr. Lauren to create a health plan moving forward!
